And that’s right, every action we take can make a difference, especially with regard to the environment.

Inside a factory where there is a BOTTLING LINE, the boxes containing the caps are kept in stock.
Here the temperature is much lower than in the other departments, especially in winter… not to mention that very often, due to lack of space, the caps are stored outside, in a covered area.
Can I use a pneumatic feeder to transport aluminium caps?
What problems could I have?
These are some of the questions that our customers ask us every day.
A seemingly trivial thing is the installation of a cap elevator on a bottling line.
Certainly, compared to all the other machines that make up the line, it is the easiest element to install and start.
What is the elevator for?
Two twin brothers, are apparently practically identical.
Equal hair color, same face and height, sometimes even the character is very similar.
“Life is made up of stairs: there are those who descend and there are those who climb”
Just like caps.
We have a bottling line on the ground floor and the caps stored in a warehouse upstairs.
How do we transport them to the corker downstairs?
We need a FEEDER!
What are the parameters to consider when choosing a CAPS FEEDER?
There are two basic ones:
When we talk about type, we talk not only about its size but also about the shape and material with which a cap is built.
The hourly production of a lift should always be higher than that of your filler by about 20%, to avoid leaving the bottles that are filled without a cap.
When we talk about the HEIGHT of a lift, what is meant technically?
We talk about DISCHARGE HEIGHT, that is the height from which an elevator goes to unload on another device or machinery placed downstream.
This is an issue that, at the preliminary stage, you must absolutely take into consideration, for a very important reason: to avoid problems during installation!
Under the law of Karma, better known as “Cause and Effect.”
each cause corresponds to an effect and each action generates a result…
The question is: “Can we oppose this universal law?”
Of course NO!!!!
Think how many buttons are pressed every day and we don’t even realize it. Business emails, texting Whats Apps to your friends, zapping to the TV in the evening to find your favourite programme.
In fact, the keys were invented specifically for this: to be pressed.
One thing, however, that absolutely must not be pressed
on a bottling line is the CAPS.
